Born from the delicate florals of a Royal Albert Old Country Roses teacup, this one-of-a-kind pendant breathes new life into fine bone china that might otherwise be lost to time. Each fragment is hand-selected and set in a Boho-style metalwork bezel — soldered from a 96% tin / 4% silver alloy that holds a warm, lasting shine.
The alloy is completely lead- and nickel-free, making it safe for sensitive skin with no risk of discoloration. Should the finish ever soften over time, a gentle polish with steel wool restores its luster beautifully.
Sitting at the intersection of wearable art and semi-fine jewelry, this pendant is a conversation piece with a story — rescued materials, reimagined with intention.
Each piece is designed by hand in my studio, blending mixed media art with vintage and antique finds to create something new from something old — that's the soul of Alma Antigua.
